- Based on App for smartphones or tablets (iOS and Android).
- The technician can see the incidence of the machinery on his tablet, being able to see everything that the customer sees.
- From the App, both the customer and the technician can take photographs of the machinery, as well as make annotations using Augmented Reality during the video call.
- Different levels of digitalization and connection capacity.
- All information is stored in the cloud, so it can be accessed again in case of a new incident or by the customer at any time.
- Request and plan/book a videoconference with the technician.
- If the assistance is finally going to be face-to-face, an appointment can be arranged through the App and this information is sent to the customer and the technician responsible by email.

They set themselves the challenge of remotely assisting their customers, digitally, in such a way as to reduce machinery downtime. They were looking for a digital tool that would allow them to carry out a remote diagnosis of the incidence in the machinery, being able, if possible, to provide virtual remote assistance to the customer, providing in this case a service similar to the current one.
